Personalized meals after day one

On arrival day, you’ll receive a body assessment plus on-site Ayurvedic and allopathic checkups. From day two onward, meals are adjusted to your body’s needs—supporting digestion, energy, and steadiness.

We focus on seasonal, mostly plant-forward dishes, hydration, and gentle pacing. Let us know about allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences in advance so we can plan well.
