Experiences
Kirtan, Bonfire & Tratak
An evening arc of devotional song, shared fire, and steady candle-gaze—designed to soften the mind, open the heart, and bring you back to what’s real.
Why it matters
A ritual of connection
This experience weaves three simple practices into one grounded night: kirtan to move energy through sound, a bonfire circle to share warmth and presence, and trataka (steady gazing) to train attention and calm the nervous system.
Flow
How the evening unfolds
Each night is guided with care. You’ll be invited to participate at your own pace—sing, listen, rest, or simply be held by the circle.
Arrive & settle
We gather as the light fades, ground with breath, and set a simple intention for the night.
Kirtan circle
Call-and-response chanting with live instruments. No experience needed—your voice can be loud, soft, or silent.
Bonfire reflection
A warm, shared fire with quiet prompts for gratitude and release. Tea and stillness are welcome.
Trataka (candle-gazing)
A guided, gentle practice to steady the mind. We close with rest and a short integration.
