Experience
Sound Healing
A guided journey into stillness using vibration, breath, and deep listening—held in the quiet of Naggar’s jungle-and-mountain landscape.
What it is
Vibration as a doorway
Sound healing uses resonant instruments—like singing bowls, gong, and gentle percussion—to support relaxation and nervous-system downshifting.
In our sessions, you’ll be invited to lie down, soften your breath, and let the tones move through the body. The goal isn’t to “do it right,” but to receive and notice what becomes clear when the mind quiets.
How it works
A session, step by step
Each sound journey is guided and trauma-informed in pace—designed to feel safe, grounded, and spacious.
Arrive + settle
We begin with a short landing: posture support, a few breaths, and an intention that feels simple and true.
Guided listening
Tones build gradually. You’re welcome to rest, observe sensations, or return to the breath whenever you need.
Integration pause
Silence is part of the practice. We allow the nervous system to absorb the shift before moving again.
Close + reorient
We end gently—hydration, grounding, and optional journaling so insights can land without urgency.
