The retreat flow

Each day includes a balance of movement, stillness, nourishment, and spacious time in the jungle-and-mountain setting around Naggar.

Morning practice

Yoga, breathwork, and meditation to ground the nervous system and set intention.

Nature immersion

Walks, hikes, river time, and quiet observationโ€”guided and self-led.

Healing + integration

Ayurvedic check-ins, bodywork sessions, sound healing, and reflective practices.

Evening ritual

Kirtan, bonfire, tratak, or ceremonyโ€”followed by deep rest.

Day 1: Arrival & check-ins

Land, settle, and let your body exhale. Weโ€™ll orient you to the property, establish intentions, and begin your personalized wellness plan.


What to expect: arrival tea, room settling, opening circle, gentle movement, and a day-1 body assessment with on-site Ayurvedic + allopathic checkups. Meals begin to be tailored after your assessment.

Days 2โ€“7: Practices & immersion

A steady daily rhythm with space for deeper work. Youโ€™ll move between guided sessions and unhurried time to integrate.

Morning yoga, pranayama, and meditationโ€”progressive, accessible, and grounded in breath.


Healing sessions

Sound healing, massage, shirodhara, and check-ins to support recovery and clarity.


Creative arts

Clay, painting, wood carving, and art therapy prompts to express what words canโ€™t.

Hiking/trekking/camping options, waterfall walks, river time, and forest stillness.


Ceremony
