Days 2–7: Practices & Immersion

These are the heart days of The Forgotten Path—a steady rhythm of movement, stillness, nature, and healing work. Each day is guided, yet spacious, with time to integrate and rest.

Daily Flow

A rhythm you can trust

Rather than a rigid timetable, Days 2–7 follow a repeatable arc—so your nervous system can settle and your attention can deepen.

Morning practice

Wake the body gently with yoga, breathwork, and meditation—then step into the day clear and grounded.

Nature immersion

Guided walks, river time, waterfall trails, and quiet solo sits to reconnect with the land and your own inner pace.

Healing sessions

Ayurvedic support, bodywork, and sound-based practices to release tension and restore vitality.

Creative integration

Clay, painting, and wood carving as a nonverbal way to process, express, and return to what’s real.
