Day 1: Arrival & check-ins
Land, settle, and let your body exhale. Weโll orient you to the property, establish intentions, and begin your personalized wellness plan.
What to expect: arrival tea, room settling, opening circle, gentle movement, and a day-1 body assessment with on-site Ayurvedic + allopathic checkups. Meals begin to be tailored after your assessment.

Days 2โ7: Practices & immersion
A steady daily rhythm with space for deeper work. Youโll move between guided sessions and unhurried time to integrate.
Yoga + meditation
Morning yoga, pranayama, and meditationโprogressive, accessible, and grounded in breath.

Sound healing, massage, shirodhara, and check-ins to support recovery and clarity.
Creative arts
Clay, painting, wood carving, and art therapy prompts to express what words canโt.
Nature days
Hiking/trekking/camping options, waterfall walks, river time, and forest stillness.
Day 8: Closing & departure
We close gentlyโintegrating what youโve learned and preparing to carry it home.
What to expect: closing circle, final practice, departure support, and a simple plan to continue your rhythm after the retreat.
