The retreat takes place at Kala Studio by Nidhi in the Naggar area of Himachal Pradesh, India—an isolated jungle property surrounded by forest trails, river sounds, and mountain views.
The retreat begins June 25, 2026 (Day 1 arrival and check-ins) and runs for 8 days, ending with closing and departure on Day 8.
Most guests travel via Bhuntar Airport (Kullu–Manali) or by road to the Naggar/Manali region. After you apply, we’ll share recommended routes, pickup options, and timing based on your arrival.
Meals are designed to support steady energy and deep rest. After a Day 1 assessment, meals are personalized to your body’s needs and the retreat rhythm.
Yes. We can accommodate common dietary preferences and sensitivities (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.). Share your needs in your application so we can plan your meals in advance.
You’ll stay on-site in a calm, nature-forward setting. Expect simple comfort, quiet nights, and spaces designed for restoration. Specific room details are shared during the application process.
No. Practices are guided and adaptable. You’ll have options for different bodies and energy levels, with an emphasis on presence, breath, and consistency—not performance.
You’ll receive a Day 1 body assessment plus access to on-site Ayurvedic and allopathic checkups. Healing sessions may include massage, shirodhara, sound healing, and supportive consultations as scheduled.
