The Only Retreat is a guided, small-group immersion held at Kala Studio by Nidhi—an isolated jungle property surrounded by lush trees, walking trails, river sounds, and Himalayan peaks.

Across eight days, you’ll move through daily practices, deep rest, and intentional experiences—supported by on-site wellness checkups and meals tailored to your body’s needs after a day-1 assessment.
