Setting
A jungle sanctuary in the Himalayas
Hosted at Kala Studio by Nidhi in the Naggar area—an isolated property surrounded by lush trees, snow-capped peaks, river trails, a waterfall, a natural mud pond in the stream, and a 600-year-old banyan tree.
Each day blends guided practice with unhurried time in nature, so you leave feeling revived, clear, and reconnected to purpose.

A simple rhythm: arrive, reset, immerse, and return home with practices you can keep.
Day 1: Arrival & assessment
Check in, settle into the property, and receive a body assessment plus on-site Ayurvedic + allopathic checkups to guide your personalized meals.
Days 2–7: Practices & immersion
Daily yoga and meditation, sound healing, cacao ceremony, creative arts, massage and shirodhara, plus hiking/trekking/camping in the surrounding landscape.
Ceremony & community
Kirtan, bonfire, and tratak—shared moments that deepen presence and connection.
Day 8: Closing & departure
A closing circle and integration guidance before you travel onward—grounded, clear, and refreshed.
